FAQ
Shipping information
Free U.S. Shipping. Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days.
Delivery is an estimate, not a guarantee. Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7–12 business days. Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories also have longer transit times; availability depends on the destination accepted at checkout.
How do I personalize my mug?
Enter the name exactly as you want it printed (for example, SARAH'S), choose your animal and pick 11 oz or 15 oz. We do not add an apostrophe or S for you. Preview your design and check your spelling before adding it to your cart.
Can I put my mug in the dishwasher?
Yes. Both mug sizes are microwave and dishwasher safe.
How does the discount work?
Add two or more mugs to your cart to receive 10% off automatically. No code needed.
Can I personalize two mugs with different names?
Yes. Personalize your first mug and add it to your cart, then return to this page to create the next one. Each mug can have a different name, animal and size. Increasing the quantity of an existing cart item gives you more copies of that same design.
Which mug size should I choose?
Choose 11 oz for a classic coffee mug, or 15 oz for more room for your coffee or tea. Use the size comparison image to see both sizes together.
